Our Story
Eisenmann Architecture began not as a business plan, but as a personal remodel. When founder Stacy Eisenmann reimagined her own home in 2005, it sparked interest among friends and colleagues at Pixar, leading to early residential projects that laid the foundation for the studio. What began as one renovation grew organically into a collaborative practice dedicated to residential design.
Today, the practice is led by Stacy and Aska, whose partnership balances curiosity with discipline and warmth with rigor. Together, they guide clients through complex projects with clarity, steadiness, and close attention to detail.

We are a collaborative studio of architects and designers united by craft and curiosity. Our size allows us to stay personally involved in every project, engaged in the details, responsive in conversation, and steady throughout the process.
With studios in Berkeley and Incline Village, we bring deep regional insight to homes across the Bay Area and Lake Tahoe. These places demand different responses, but our approach remains consistent: disciplined design, careful listening, and genuine care for the client experience.
Our work is shaped by context rather than a fixed aesthetic. We design with clarity of proportion, material warmth, and attention to how spaces are lived in, so each home feels personal and enduring.
