Eisenmann Architecture is a collaborative studio where the work is taken seriously and the people are too. Our team brings diverse backgrounds and a shared commitment to residential design that is disciplined, personal, and genuinely rewarding to be part of.
The studio is intentionally sized so everyone stays close to the work. Projects are complex and the process is hands-on, from early design through construction administration. We value clear thinking, careful craft, and the kind of curiosity that makes the work better over time.

As the practice grows, we look for people who want to be close to the work, engaged in the details, curious about the craft, and committed to a process that takes both the architecture and the client seriously.
We work across architectural languages and project types, so range matters. So does the willingness to stay engaged through the details, ask good questions, and bring a point of view to the work.
